Ingredients

    1.5 cup Cabot 2% vanilla bean greek yogurt
    1.5 cup 1% milk
    1.5 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)

Tips

I have plastic tupperware covers that fit my 12 oz tumblers. They work perfectly for freezing extra smoothies. If you don't have covers, just cover with foil.


Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into individual glasses. Enjoy one now and freeze extras. To thaw, set on counter -or- microwave for 30 seconds at a time until you can thaw it out while stirring.
