Ingredients

    1 lb of ground beef or turkey
    1/4 cup of taco seasoning or a packet
    2 15.25 oz. cans of canned corn (with juice)
    2 15.5 oz.can kidney beans (with juice)
    1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
    1 15 oz. can of tomato sauce

Directions

Brown ground beef (or turkey), add seasoning. Then add all of the cans with the juice. Simmer for at least 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream, cheese, and tortilla chips. YUM :)

    This is one of my favorite recipes to make, and it's always a hit whenever I make it (and Im NOT the worlds best cook). It's super easy to make, and it taste's AWESOME. Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a different spin on chilli. - 8/11/09
