    15 Fresh Blueberries
    1 oz. Greek Yogurt Plain
    Skewers

Tips

Feel free to be creative; use your favorite fruits, and even substitute a flavored Greek Yogurt for the Plain. Happy Snacking.


Directions

Thread Fruit unto Skewers.
Roll in Yogurt.
Place on Wax Paper on Flat Surface like Cookie Sheet.
Freeze 30 minutes or so until set. Seal in Freezer bags.

Serving Size: Makes as many Skewers as you are up to making.
