Introduction

Ingredients

    2 small trimmed chicken breasts cut into cubes
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 c frozen yellow sweet corn
    Green leafy lettuce
    1/2 oz. Tortilla chips, Crushed/ground up
    Red pepper, black pepper, and onion powder to taste

Directions

Cook chicken seasoned with red and black pepper and onion powder.
Add corn and black beans and warm through.
Put your lettuce in a bowl.
Add chicken, bean, corn mixture.
Sprinkle with Tortilla chips.
