Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    (4) Chicken Thighs (bone and skinless)
    (2) Chicken Breast (bone and skinless)
    (1) can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
    (1) bag of frozen corn
    (4) cups of brown rice
    Squeeze fresh lime or lime juice over
    Season with a dash of cumin, salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Tips

You can add pretty much any veggies you want to this recipe- celery, etc.
Also this can be thrown together, frozen and saved to cook for later or cooked and reheated- great for gifts!


Directions

Throw chicken, black beans, corn into the crockpot and season with lime, cumin, and seasonings. Cook for 6-7 hours.

Cook brown rice according to directions. Put cooked chicken mix on top of rice and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes about 10 bowls full
