Ingredients

    2 large cooked, diced boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 apple
    20 red seedless grapes
    1/4 C sliced or slivered almonds
    1/3 C raisins
    4 T Miracle Whip Light
    4 to 6 ounces Yoplait Light Very Vanilla Yogurt

Tips

You can substitute turkey. Just as good!


Directions

Dice fully cooked chicken. Core and dice apple. Cut grapes into quarters. Whisk together Miracle Whip Light and yogurt to make dressing. Mix all ingredients and dressing together. Chill to desired temperature. Serve with crackers, croissant, or whatever you like.
