Ingredients

4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 3inch pieces of ginger, peeled and finely chopped
2 C water
12 lime wedges
6 C soda or mineral water
stevia or splenda as desired.
Directions
Combine red pepper, salt, ginger and 2 Cups of water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Steep for 30 minutes and then strain into a storage container. Use 2 T of liquid into a glass filled with ice and a squeeze of 1 lime wedge. Sweeten with stevia or splenda as desired.
