Introduction
These are way better than store bought!!!! These are way better than store bought!!!!Number of Servings: 24
Ingredients

4 1/2 C Flour
1/2 C Shortening
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 - 1 1/4 C Warm Water
Directions
1. Mix all of the dry ingredients together.
2. Then add the shortening until it becomes crumbly.
3. Slowly, add in the water while tossing with a fork. Mix together and knead until a uniform ball of dough forms.
4. Place in a bowl with a towel over top and let sit for 5 min.
5. After 5 min have passed, tear a golf sized ball of dough off and cover with flour.
6. Roll out dough as thin and as uniformly as you can.
7. when all the dough is rolled out cook 1 - 2 min each side in a Cast Iron Pan. Do not over cook or the Tortillas will burn.
