Ingredients

    use:
    Juice from 3 lemons. (Organic if possible but juice concentrate works in a pinch)
    1/2 tsp of high quality sea salt (not table salt)
    1/3 cup of raw honey (agave or stevia).
    8 cups of water (2l,)(Pure, distilled, or spring water)

Directions

measure salt, squeeze lemons, omit pits, add honey in a 1 cup glass measuring cup. Heat a small amount of water to help dissolve the salt and honey. Then add to the remaining water
