Ingredients

    1 cup Clams in juice
    1 celery stalk sliced thin
    1/2 cup Cremini Mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 cup Sweet Vadalia Onion, sliced
    2 cloves of garlic. crushed

    Alfredo Sauce
    1 oz. Philadelphia 1/3 less Fat Cream Cheese
    1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
    1/4 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan, Romano & Asiago Cheese
    2 tbls fresh or dried parsely
    1 tsp salt free seasoning
    1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

    8 oz pkg House Foods Shirataki Tofu Fettuccine Noodles


Tips

Great with white wine & Crisp Romaine Salad


Directions

Cook Tofu Fettuccine Noodles in microwave for 1 min.
Drain and blot out extra water with paper towels, set aside
Saute Garlic,Celery, Onion & Mushrooms in white wine
Add Clams& juice and simmer 4 minutes until reduced
Combine Cream Cheese, Greek Yogurt & Grated Cheese with whisk until well blended (save 1 tbls grated cheesefor garnish)
Add to pan and mix well, add spices and simmer until thick
Toss in Tofu Fettuccine Noodles
Garnish with grated cheese & Fresh Parsely

Serving Size: Makes 1 large serving
