Ingredients

    1 cup Carb Master yogurt, any flavor
    4.5 Cups skim milk
    1/8 cup sugar

Tips

You can add a little homemade strawberry preserves to your yogurt just before eating for added flavor and sweetness. Just don't stir too much or the yogurt will get runny.


Directions

Heat milk and sugar until steaming, but not boiling. Let cool, to 100-110 degrees Fahrenheit. Stir in Carbmaster yogurt and process in yogurt maker for at least 5 hours or until thickened.
