Ingredients

    1 cup Carb Master yogurt, any flavor
    4.5 Cups whole milk
    1/8 cup sugar

Tips

Using a flavored yogurt as your starter will allow your homemade yogurt to have slight fruit flavor!


Directions

Heat milk and sugar until steaming, but not boiling. Let cool, to 100-110 degrees Fahrenheit. Stir in Carbmaster yogurt and process in yogurt maker for at least 5 hours or until thickened.
