Ingredients

    1 head of cauliflower, florets cut off and reserved.
    1/2 -1c heavy cream
    1 tbsp butter

    Fresh nutmeg if you've got it - yum

    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

steam cauliflower florets until very soft.
add to blender or food processor (food processor will make a less loose end result), add butter and cream, as needed, blend until smooth (your choice how smooth)
Season as needed, serve.

Serving Size: makes 2.5 servings, aprox 1c each
