Ingredients

    About 1 lb. Lean Hamburger
    1 Small Onion - finely chopped
    Italian Style Bread Crumbs - .5 cup
    1 Egg
    Ketchup - 2 Tbs.
    Minute Rice - .5 cup cooked/prepared
    Condensed Tomato Soup - 3 small cans (about 30 oz.)

Directions

Cook the rice. Add all ingredients except tomato soup together and form into 9 large meatballs. Place in 9X9 pan. Cover with condensed tomato soup. Cook at 375 degrees for 1 hr. 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 9 large, 2 oz. meatballs
