Ingredients

    1lb. Ground Turkey 93% lean
    4 Sara Lee wheat hamburger buns
    4 tbsp. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder or minced garlic
    Dash of Salt & pepper if desired
    4 slices Fat free American cheese
    4 slices turkey bacon cut into halves
    4 leaves of lettuce
    4 slices of tomato
    4 tbsp. lite mayonnaise


Tips

You can choose either fat free or reduced fat cheese, regular or lite mayo and whatever bun you choose. These are just the ingredients I use for the least amount of calories.


Directions

Start by cooking Turkey bacon in pan until crispy. Cut into halves and set aside. Mix ground Turkey, chopped onions and garlic. Add dash of salt and pepper if desired. Form 4 patties and cook on grill, skillet or frying pan. When brown, top with Fat free cheese until melted. Top with Turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato and light mayo or choose your own toppings. Just add your Wheat bun and enjoy!
