Good for lacto- ovo- vegetarians. Ingredients

    2 slices Nature's Own Whole Wheat Bread
    1 slice (1 oz) of American Cheese
    1 tbsp. Miracle whip - regular
    1 large, grade A raw, whole egg

Tips

If the egg is runny after 1 minute, cook 10-20 seconds more. If you want your cheese melted more, open microwave when 10 seconds are left, and put cheese on egg and cook it last 10 seconds.


Directions

Crack 1 egg into a small, microwaveable bowl. Beat egg a couple of times. Press to cook 1 minute. While the egg is cooking, spread Miracle Whip on to bread. Take plastic wrapper off of cheese, and as soon as the microwave beeps, place cheese on top of egg. With a fork, lift egg from bowl (it may stick a little). Place it on bread, and eat.
