Ingredients

    5 frozen strawberries
    6 frozen mango chunks
    2 medium fresh white peaches
    .75 cups of Good Belly Probiotic drink (ex Tropical Green)
    1 cup original almond milk
    .75 cups of plain yogurt
    .5 cups your choice of granola (ex Erin's Fruit and Nut)
    1.5 tbsp nutritional yeast
    1.5 tbsp psyllium husk
    3 tbsp shelled hemp seed
    1 tbsp Manuka honey
    a good splash of lemonade (for tanginess)

Tips

may substitute yogurt w/ half a banana to make it completely lactose free!
