Introduction

Ingredients

    Meaballs:
    1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Turkey
    1/4 cup Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
    1 large egg
    1/2 tsp. Italian Herbs
    Pinch of All Purpose Seasoning
    Pinch of Paprika
    1/4 tsp Chilli Powder (Or a little more if you want it spicier)

    Creamy Tomato Sauce:
    4 Plum Tomatoes
    2 tbs. Onion
    2 cloves Garlic
    1 Can Tomato Sauce
    1/4 cup Water
    Salt to taste
    1/2 cup Light Sour Cream
    Quick Sprinkle of Crushed Pepper (or more to your heat liking)

    Pasta*

    *Nutritional Information includes 3 oz Pasta per serving.

Directions

Preheat Oven to 400 F

Line a Baking Sheet with Non Stick Foil

Combine all Meatball ingredients in a large Mixing bowl by hand. Once well combined form 1" meatballs and place on baking sheet not touching. Bake for 18-23 minutes depending on your oven.

Boil pasta according to package directions.

While Meatballs are baking, Mix Tomato, Onion, Garlic in a blender. Pour Puree in a medium saucepan on low- medium heat and add water. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add Tomato sauce and let simmer another 2 minutes. Once simmering add sour cream and with a wisk break up sour cream until it's creamy. Add crushed pepper & salt to your liking. You may add a little more water if sauce is too thick this is meant to be a thinner sauce.

Add Baked Meatballs to sauce.

Serve 3 oz. pasta on each plate. Spoon Meatball & Sauce Mixture over Pasta.
