Ingredients

2 balls of Pizza Dough 1lb. each
2 large bags of chopped frozen spinach
8 oz feta cheese
5 T olive oil
5 large onions
grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook spinach according to package instructions. Drain. Chop onions into small cubes. Saute onion in olive oil until soft and light brown; mix onions into drained spinach.
Roll dough into rectangular shape to fit a cookie sheet or retangular pan of that size. Spray pan. Place rolled out dough on pan. Spoon out spinach and onion mixture onto dough. Crumble feta cheese onto mixture making sure to spread evenly. Sprinkle parmesan cheese. Roll out second ball of dough. Cover spinacb with second layer of dough. Pinch egdes to seal in onion, spinach and cheese mixture. Sprinkle with olive oil and brush olive oil across the top of the pie. Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown.
