    1 tablespoon olive oil
    ¾ pound (or 6) chicken tenders, cut into bite-size pieces
    ½ cup onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/3 cup barbeque sauce
    15 ounces of low-sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
    ½ cup (2 ounces) low-fat cheese, shredded
    4, 8 inch multigrain tortillas


To reduce the amount of sodium, use low-sodium BBQ sauce.
In place of sour cream, top with plain Greek yogurt.
To serve another person, use smaller 6.5 inch tortillas.


Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, onion, and garlic; cook 8 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring constantly. Stir in barbecue sauce and beans. Sprinkle with cheese; cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Warm tortillas in skillet until lightly brown. Split filling into thirds and wrap each third in a tortilla.

Serving Size: makes 3 burritos
