Ingredients

    2 cups plain yogurt
    2 cucumbers, finely diced
    ½ tsp dried mint
    ½ tsp salt
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp dried dill weed

Tips

Add more or less yogurt depending on whether you want a salad or a dip.


Directions

Toss everything together in a salad bowl, and top with a few sprigs of fresh mint, and dill. Chill, and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 3/4 to 1 cup servings.
