Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Cup Flour
    1 Cup Egg Whites
    1 Cup Nonfat Milk
    1/2 cup sugar

    Mix them all up and put 3/4+ of mix in a hot pan slicked with Pam (Olive Oil) spray (or add your low sodium butter of your choice)

    Cook, flip and cook.

    Spread Jam/jelly/freshfruit in the middle, roll up and sprinkle a *BAM* of powdered sugar.

    Make sure you say *BAM* and the kids will enjoy the cooking experience.

Tips

Get the pans hot early, but then turn the heat Waaaaaayyy down after the 1st cake comes out.
