Introduction
This is a recipe that I made over after my mom was diagnosed with diabetes. It is a really easy dessert because it uses ready made strawberry glaze. Ingredients

1 Cup plain flour
.5 Cup chopped pecans
1 stick (.5 Cup) light margarine (softened)
1 package (8 oz.) Neufchatel Cheese softened
1 8oz. container Sugar Free Cool Whip
1 Cup Sucralose sweetner
1 package ( 2 Cups) Wicks' Sugar Free Strawberry Glaze
1 Cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Directions
Make crust by combining flour, margarine and pecans. Press into bottom of 8 x 12 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside and cool.
Mix together Neufchatel cheese, cool whip and sucralose. Spread over cooled crust. Slice strawberries and spread on top of Cool whip and cheese mixture. Spread strawberry glaze over the top. Chill before serving. Cut into 2 inch squares.
