Ingredients

    1.5 cups all-purpose flour
    1.25 cups nonfat or skim milk
    3.5 tsp. baking powder
    3tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light
    1tsp Splenda
    1 large egg
    .75 tsp salt

Directions

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and Splenda. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

    They are a little dense - I'm used to a lighter pancake - but for a basic pancake recipe, they're pretty good. - 5/15/08
