Ingredients

    2 Cups Flour
    1 Cup Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 cup cultured milk
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup milk
    3 Mashed Bananas

Tips

You can add food coloring and vanilla essence or if you are not allergic any kind of nuts to the batter.
To check if ready poke a toothpich or a skewer in the middle, if it comes out smooth and no batter stuck to it, it is ready - if not leave for a few more minutes.


Directions

Sift Flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Make a well in the middle of sifted ingredients.
Add cultured milk, oil, milk, and mashed banana's.
Mix for 3 minutes until all the dry and wet ingredients are combined and become a pouring concistency.
Pour in loaf tins, cake tins or muffin tins and bake for 40-45 minutes at 360 Degree Ferenheid (180 Degree Celcius)

Serving Size: 2 loafs or 12 regular muffins, or 24 small muffins
