Healthy muffins, great for breakfast on the go! Healthy muffins, great for breakfast on the go!
Number of Servings: 18


    1 cup of Quinoa Flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1 cup Oat Bran
    1/3 cup chopped Almonds
    1 tbsp Cinnamon
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 cup Almond Milk
    4 Large Eggs
    2 Very Ripe Bananas
    1/4 Cup Agave


Would be good with Maple Syrup or Honey instead of Agave. Pecans or slivered walnuts would be good as well.


Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Mix the Wet ingredients in a separate bowl
mix the two until well combined, pour into lined muffin tin and bake on 375 for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Made 17 Regular size muffins
