Ingredients
-
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Onion powder
6 large Hard Boiled Egg
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
3 tbsp Hellmans Light Mayo
2 tbsp Yellow Mustard (not Dijon, plain yellow mustard)
4 tbsp No Sugar Added Sweet Relish, drain most of the liquid
Tips
You can add mashed potato flakes if you need to tighten up the egg yolks before you stuff them in the egg whites.
Directions
Peel the eggs and cut each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yellow from the egg. Mix the remaining ingredients with the egg yolks and then return the egg yolk to the egg white. Sprinkle top with paprika.
Sometimes I make a couple of extra eggs so I will have extra egg yolk for filling the eggs. Also, you can add a little bit of instant mashed potatoes if the egg yolks are a little runny when you get ready to stuff them in the egg whites. The get runny sometimes depending on how much liquid is in the pickle relish you add and how thick the mustard and mayonnaise might be. Also, adjust to your individual taste.
