Ingredients

    12 oz Tyson Grilled Diced Chicken Breast
    1 jar Classico Light Asiago Romano Alfredo Sauce
    1 cup (dry) "Minute Rice" Brown rice
    1 cup water
    1 Tbsp extra light olive oil
    1 sm can mushroom pieces & stems
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, beans & corn)
    Sweet Basil, Garlic Powder, Curry Powder & Pepper to taste
    1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Brown chicken in a small amount of olive oil.
Mix together all ingredients except corn flakes & Parmesan cheese, place in 2 qt covered cassserole dish. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes & Parmesan cheese over top, bake another 5-10 minutes, until rice is done.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 servings
