Ingredients

    8 oz No Yolk Egg Noodles Extra Broad
    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 small onion chopped
    I can Unico 5.5oz Tomato Paste
    1 TBSP Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1 TBSP Club House Roasted Garlic and Peppers
    1 TBSP Club House Garlic Plus
    Ground Pepper to taste
    1 Cup Fresh chopped mushrooms
    1 Cup Sour cream



Directions

Cook Noodles following package directions drain them set them aside.
While noodles are cooking brown ground beef in skillet with onions.
When ground beef is browned drain well and return to skillet.
Add 1 can Tomato paste to ground beef mixture . Fill empty can with hot water and add to ground beef mixture and then add another can of water and mix.
add Worcestershire Sauce and spices stir until bubbling, add mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are done.
Put noodles back in pot add the ground beef mixture. Stir in 1 cup sour cream serve immediatly
