Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
1 package Jennie-O BREAKFAST LOVER'SŪ Turkey Sausage Roll
1 package Simply Potatoes Branch shredded hash browns
8 oz block Cabot Vermont 50% Light Cheddar Cheese
Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup pieces
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, sliced
Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup
*Cajun Seasoning, 0.25 tsp
Tips
You can make with whatever vegetables and seasonings desired.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix eggs and sour cream in bowl, set aside.
3. Cook sausage in pan.
4. Spray 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Layering with hashbrowns, mushrooms, onions & peppers. Sprinkle with cajun seasoning.
6. Evening distribute cooked turkey sausage and pour egg mixture over top.
7. Top with shredded cheese.
8. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, or until knife inserted in casserole comes out clean.
