Ingredients

2 TBSP olive oil
20 ounces uncooked chicken breast, chopped up
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 TBSP minced garlic
1/2 cup canned green chills or 2 tsp jalapeņo pepper
1 cup chicken stock
1 to 3 TBSP chili powder (as spicy as you like it)
1/2 tsp cumin
28 ounces tomatoes, canned chopped salt free
4 ounces tomatoe sauce or 2 cups puree for "more sauce"
2 - 16 ounce cans kidney beans, chili beans
1 can black beans or garbanzo beans
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 lime , juiced
Tips
Toppings are not included in calorie count
Directions
Saute chicken, onion and garlic in olive oil until done.
Add the rest, except cilantro and lime. Simmer 20 minutes or longer. Add cilantro and lime juice and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Serve topped with sour cream, shredded cheese and onions, as preferred.
