Ingredients

    1 1/2 C egg beaters
    1/2 C diced 96% lean ham
    1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
    Salt, pepper, chives to taste

Tips

Use Southwestern Egg beaters for a whole new taste like an omelet in a muffin tin.


Directions

Mix ingredients together and pour equally into 6 muffin greased regular size muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until set as desired.
