Ingredients

    1 lb Breakfast Sausage
    1/2 loaf brioche bread
    2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
    6 eggs (slightly beaten
    2 C. Whole Milk
    1 tsp. Dry Mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    Fresh pepper to taste

Directions

Brown breakfast sausage in saute pan. Remove and let extra grease drain off.
Place cut up bread (about 1 inch cubes) in buttered 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard, oinion powder and pepper in boal. Pour evenly over bread and cheese. Sprinkle sausage over egg and bread. Then add the remaining cheese
You can either chill over night in the fridge or bake. Heat oven to 325 drgrees. Once heated place in over and bake uncovered for 1 hour.

Serving Size: makes 10 servings, 1 9x13 cake pan
