Ingredients

    5 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats (not quick cook)
    3/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
    1/2 cup flax seed
    1/4 cup butter
    2 tablespoon coconut oil
    3 tablespoon brown sugar
    2 tablespoon vamilla

Directions

mix oats, flax seeds, and hemp seeds

put butter and coconut oil in microwave safe bowl
microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir
add brown sugar and put back in microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir until well mixed add vanilla and stir again

poor liquid mixture over the oats and seed and stir until well mixed.

Spread evenly on 2 baking sheets (i foil mine for easy clean up)
bake on 300 for 45-hr stirring every 15 min
let cool

store in air tight container.

Options -
Add in any nuts you would like at the cooking stage
Add an dried fruit after cooling.
