Ingredients

    mango (1 cup)
    plain low fat yogurt (1/2 cup)
    ice (2-3 cups)
    honey (tsp)

Directions

put the mango, yogurt and honey in blender, once is blended add ice little by little to get the right consistency.

Serving Size: makes 4 8oz cups
