Ingredients

    30 oz. Pork Tenderloin
    2 t Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (packed)
    1.5 t Paprika
    1 t Chili Powder
    1 t Ground Cumin
    .5 t Salt
    .25 t Black Pepper
    3 t Garlic Powder

Directions

Cut and tenderize pork until it is at about a 1" thickness, then score with a knife every 1" to look like ribs. Mix together the brown sugar and spices, then rub it into the pork - be sure to get it in between the "ribs". Wrap in plastic wrap and allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight. Cook in the crock pot on low for 6 - 8 hours or grill on high for 10 - 15 minutes. Baste with BBQ Sauce, if desired.
