    Boneless, skinless chicken breast, 8 oz (remove)
    Fresh Lemon Juice, 1/4 Cup (remove)
    Lemon Zest (Shredded Lemon Peel), 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    fresh coriender, 50 oz (remove)
    Green Chilli Pepper fresh, 1 serving (remove)
    *dry mixed herbs, 1 tsp (remove)
    *cooking oil /Olive Oil, 2 tsp (remove)


You can increase the amount of green chilies to make it more spicy.
You can also grill some vegies and enojoy with your chicken.


Take chicken breast cut from middle into two parts now take each part and cut horizontally a little more than half and open it. it'll be like a butterfly. Now put it in a plastic bag and stroke it with kitchen hammer so it spreads. Do the same with other half.
To make marination make a paste of coriander and green cilli and Mix it with all other ingredients except oil. now cover the chicken breasts with this marination in a bowl and keep aside for atlaest an hour(don't refrigerate).
Preheat grill .Clean and oil grill grates. Remove the chicken from the bowl and discard marinade. Place the chicken directly over the fire and grill 8-10 minutes per side or until the chicken is done. Remove from grill and serve hot. Enjoy!
