Ingredients

    Kale, prewashed in bite sized pieces, 1 cup
    Canola Oil Spray, 2 second spray
    Salt, 1/4 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray canola spray on a cookie sheet. Spin or paper towel dry kale and place in one layer on sheet. Spray again and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp and brown on the edges.
