    Ingredients:
    Almond Butter, fresh ground at Whole Foods 0.5 cup
    Coconut oil, 2 tbsp
    365 - Organic Wildflower RAW Honey, 2 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Walnuts, raw 1 cup, chopped
    Sunflower Seeds, raw, without salt, 1 oz
    Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas, 4 tbsp
    Apricots, dried, unsweetened 0.15 cup, halves
    Mini Chocolate Chips Enjoy Life brand, 2 tbsp
    Coconut flake, raw, unsweetened, 2 oz

Tips

Use another sheet of parchment paper to flatten dough in the pan.


Directions

Combine almond butter, honey, and coconut oil over medium heat. Grind and combine the walnuts, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, apricots, and coconut flakes. Pour heated liquid ingredients over dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Line and 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Press mixture into pan until spread out evenly. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
