Ingredients

    Frozen Pineapple (can use fresh)
    Handful of fresh Raspberries
    half a small Banana- cut into chunks
    A splash of Cherry Pomegranate POM juice (or whatever flavor preferred)
    Vanilla Almond Milk- about 6 oz
    Lowfat Cottage Cheese - about 2 tbsp

Tips

Mixing the small amounts together before adding other ingredients keeps the blender from freezing up.


Directions

Mix the pineapple, raspberries, and pom juice in blender. Mix until well blended. Pour in Almond Milk and mix until blended. Add banana and cottage cheese and blend well until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 2 6-8oz servings
