    Oatmeal (plain), 2 cup dry (remove)
    Apples, fresh with skin, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 0.25 cup, unpacked (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Skim Milk, 2 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)


Place 2 sliced apples, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, pinch of salt (optional) in bottom of the slow cooker. DO NOT STIR. Cook overnight for 8-9 hours on low.
