Ingredients

Oatmeal (quick oats or old fashion), 0.5 cup dry
Whole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cup
Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 Tbsp.
Brown Sugar, 1.5 tsp packed
Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered, 1.5 Tbsp. (equals 1/2 cup of milk)
Salt, 0.25 tsp
Baking Powder, .5 heaping tsp
half of an Egg or 1 Tbsp. + 3/4 tsp powdered egg
Vanilla extract, 1.5 tsp
Flaxseed Meal, 1 Tbsp.
Tips
Do not thin out/spread out in pan. Let it naturally form as you pour for a thick pancake.

Either grind oatmeal into a powder by itself and mix remaining ingredients with oatmeal.
* Add enough water until it is runnier than you usually like. It thickens as it sits.
