Ingredients

    1/2 cup Hidden Valley Spicy Chipotle Pepper Sandwich Spread & Dip
    1/2 cup minced white onion
    1 can (15 oz.) black beans rinsed, drained
    6 cooked boneless chicken thighs, cubed
    4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
    3 cups cooked quinoa

Directions

In large salad bowl, combine quinoa, beans, onion, and cilantro. Gently stir in sandwich spread to coat all ingredients. Stir in cubed chicken, serve chilled.
