    *Green Pepper (1 Pepper Large), 1 serving *Bloomin' Onion (1/4 of onion), 1 serving
    *Garlic, prepared chopped garlic (Canada Garlic Inc), 1 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    *broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded, 1.50 cup
    *Diced Tomatoes, Hunts, 15 oz
    *Diced Tomatoes - Fire Roasted 0 (Happy Harvest - Aldi) 14.5 oz - 411 g can, 411 gram(s)
    *Beans | Goya | Red Kidney Beans, 122 gram(s)
    *5.5 oz V8, 5.5 oz
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, .25 cup

Tips

Can add other vegetables like summer squash chopped up.


Directions

Brown ground chicken and sausage, once browned put the meat to the side of the pan (shouldn't have to drain meat should be lean) add veggies cook until tender. Stir together then add the rest of the ingredients:
Tex Mex seasoning packet, Kidney Beans, diced tomatoes, fire roasted tomatoes, and V8 juice.
Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for an hour.
