Ingredients

    64 oz boiling water
    20 teaspoons Teavanna Maharaja Chai tea
    1/2 cup honey
    64 oz skim milk

Tips

I use a chai tea that I like, so I don't need to add anything else. The higher quality the tea, the better the result. It is still cheaper and healthier than the Starbucks version.


Directions

Boil water. Pour over tea and let steep 15 minutes. remove tea leaves and stir in honey. Let cool completely. Store in fridge for up to two weeks.

To make morning iced chai: use equal parts (or mix according to your tastes, I use less chai and more milk) chai and milk. Add ice and enjoy.
