Ingredients

    2 c water
    2 c milk (I substitute Rice Dream)
    1/2 tsp tea masala
    5 tsp sugar (I use Sugar in the Raw)

Tips

You can make your own tea masala using ginger, cinnamon, cardamon and cloves. Otherwise, I got Laxmi Tea Masala mix from Amazon (you could probably find it in some Indian grocery stores, too). You also HAVE to use KENYAN black tea, preferably loose leaf, or Ketepa brand if you can get it.


Directions

Boil the water, tea and tea masala for 10 minutes. Add the Rice Dream and bring it just back up to a boil.
