Introduction
Great for a quick super healthy breakfast option. The banana and apple give it sweetness. Since this is blended and not juiced it also has some substance to it. I use it as a compliment to an egg sandwich or I double up the serving size for a breakfast or snack by itself. You can add flax or chia seeds for some added nutrition. Ingredients

1 green apple chopped
1 cup kale chopped (frozen or fresh)
1 ripe banana broken into pieces
1/4 cup of fresh parsley
2 1/4 cup of water (you can reduce the water to 1 1/4 cup and add 1 cup of apple juice if you want some extra sweetness. This will change the nutritional values slightly)
Directions
Throw it all in the blender and let her rip. Blend thoroughly.
If you want a thicker smoothie then add less liquid.
Serving Size: 4 equal servings (aprox 8 oz per serving)
