Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Ground Beef
    1 large Onion chopped
    salt & Pepper to taste
    1 tbs Garlic Powder (or less if you don't like it)
    1/2 teas Worchester Sauce
    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    (Or use 1/2 Pepper Jack if you like it spicy)
    1 Cup Milk (I use 1%)
    1/2 Cup Bisquick Original
    2 large eggs


Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees F
Spray a 9" pie plate with non stick cooking spray
Cook beef and chopped onion in skillet untill beef is brown, drain excess fat
Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder and Worcester sauce and then spred in plate
Sprinkle the cheese over the beef.
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and Bisquick. Get out as many lumps as possible, then pour over the meat and cheese mixture.
Bake in oven fo 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
