Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 ripe medium Avocado ( diced )
    1 large ripe Tomato ( diced )
    1 large Cucumber (thick sliced then quartered )
    2 oz Fresh Mozzarella cheese ( small cubed )
    4 cloves Garlic ( minced or use 1 1/2 tbsp pre minced )
    2 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp kosher salt ( optional )
    1/4 tsp Black pepper
    1/4 tsp Bread dipping seasoning ( Dean Jacob's )

Directions

In large bowl add all of the Ingredients, mix well, cover and refrigerate for two hours. Serving Size: Makes 6 1- cup servings

    Never heard of bread dipping seasoning, but I could easily make this today, minus the seasoning, and add in some fresh basil. Thanks for posting. I already have all the ingredients and it’s a treat to eat and a plus to get in so many veggies! - 2/29/20
