    1 c wheat flour (king Author White Wheat
    dash salt
    1 pk Trivia
    2 tbs organic cream cheese
    1 oz ice water
    egg white


mix together dry ingredients, cut in cream cheese until crumb stage. Slow add ice water while mixing until dough forms. Roll out and place over pie or cut in strips for lattice top. brush with egg white.
